Where will the venue(s) be for the Studiorum Series?

Will there be proof or certificates for my participation in the Event?

A certificate of study that states your participation in the Event, issued by the Kodaly Academy of Music (and partner institutions if applicable) can be given to delegates upon request for a small fee.

For certain Events, participants who wish to receive certificates must record proof of attendance at all workshops and fulfil the minimum attendance requirement (usually 80%) in order to be deemed as having successfully completed the Event. Participants must register online with the correct details.

What are the costs for registration?

Note that additional administrative, bank and/or credit card charges may apply!
Registration is considered successful only upon receipt of both payment and signup details.

How do I make payment?

Depending on the Event, credit/debit card or PayPal payments may be made available.

Cash payments and bank transfers are available. In the case of bank transfers, please ensure that the necessary details (e.g. name and/or transaction numbers) are recorded to enable record tracing. E-invoice (for Singaporean government agencies) is available.

Cheque payments are only possible for Singaporeans and are to be made payable to 'Kodaly Academy of Music'. Note however that registration is only considered successful upon successful clearing of cheque.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT

While KAM does its utmost to run the Event as announced, changes in the program and schedule may occur and do not entitle members to a fee reduction or refund. KAM shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the changes or cancellation of the Event for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event. KAM cannot be held liable for any damages and expenses incurred by individuals or any parties associated with this event. KAM recommends that participants arrange for travel insurance (if applicable).

Do note that photos, videos and various forms of media recordings may be taken at this Event and may be used for KAM's marketing purposes across all communications channels. By registering, you agree to give KAM permission to do so at no cost.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The KAM website contains the most up-to-date information available and participants are highly encouraged to continue visiting the site for the latest information. KAM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and do so by posting the updated terms on the KAM website. Your decision to continue participation in the Event after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please also refer to Event specific Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of your registration, please be sure to notify KAM via email at enquiries (at) kam (dot) sg with a reference to a bank account, including the SWIFT Code and IBAN (International Bank Account Number) if applicable, where a possible refund may be remitted to. A cancellation fee will be charged based on the date the cancellation received by KAM, as follows:

- 90 days before the Event - 20% of the registration fee
- 60 days before the Event - 50% of the registration fee
- 30 days before the Event - 100% of the registration fee (no refund)

There will be no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or unused entry tickets. Any refunds will be processed after the Symposium (N.B. Administrative charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded).
